The subject that appears in the picture above is Cesar Ulises Rivera Garza, businessman and political rookie of the oil city of Poza Rica, in Veracruz. His family owns a chain of pharmacies, which have yielded economic position of ease, and relative popularity derived from sponsorship "Pharmacies Paris" gives numerous sports teams in town. At least in the pozarricense, César Ulises is a familiar character.
