The Laptop Magazine has tested some of the greenest laptops market and decided which are the best in four different categories. Here are the chosen ones who were having the best green technology .
To make the tests, the magazine asked manufacturers to send them their product more environmentally friendly. Reduced the sample to 16 different products. From there, they ran various tests on products, which include the charge time and power consumption of batteries, battery life, reproduction video, the EPEAT rating and rating Greenpeace and other sustainable features in environment and ecology .
The winners were:
Netbook For category: Sony VAIO P
For the category of ultra portable: Toshiba Portege R600
For multi-purpose category: Lenovo ThinkPad T400
For each category of desktop replacement, Toshiba Satellite A355
